We were visiting the ICC andctge Hampton was just a short walk from the venue.
Didnt really like reception being on the 3rd floor.
Staff jay was exceptionally helpful to extend our stay for 2 nights in the same room.
There was a lot of choice for the breakfast and the food was of good quality. The staff were friendly. The room had an iron and ironing board which was good for business travellers.
There were old stains at the bottom of the mattress and although the surface of the sink was cleaned, there was visible mould and dirt in the top drain hole and inside the tap.
Bed was nice and firm and the pillows were just the right firmness, breakfast was great you could have as much as you wanted
The staff were very friendly and helpful Very clean. Lovely bathroom Lovely breakfast
The bed was quite hard. Window blinds couldn’t be raised Windows couldn’t open so was a bit stuffy
