Great rooms and beds, easy access, but in particular a GREAT gym/spa. Two very large areas with all the equipment you need in a gym, including a boxing area. There is also a spa with a nice size swimming pool. I use hotel gyms all the time when I travel and I think this one is right up there with the best, large and roomy, helpful staff, great changing facilities, and spa services.

Pros (+) Nice hotel with perfect location. Rooms are nice and clean
Cons (-) The indoor pool costs 14 euro per day, if it is not part of your reservation which is ridiculous. There is not even a nice whirlpool included. You can use the sauna or pay for massages.

Pros (+) Very clean, comfortable, great rooms. Awesome location with unlimited food possibilities outside. Next to subway
Cons (-) Expensive extras like parking(18 Euro), room bar. Pool costs $12 per day!!?? Should be included. Front desk was not ver friendly and seemed young and inexperienced. All other staff was great. I only paid $120 per night because I booked early.

Pros (+) We had a comfortable, well laid out room with great amenities and quality linen. wifi worked well and room was cleaned and re-stocked daily. Most of the staff we interacted with were professional and efficient.
Cons (-) There were quite a number of maintenance issues with our room which were attended to quickly however the many intrusions impacted on our stay overall and we were astonished that the front desk thought nothing of it and appeared unconcerned from a good customer service perspective.
