Pros (+) Location is superb, very close to the main shopping street of the city and to the one of the largest commuter’s spot - Berlin Zoo (3-4 bus stops away). Hotel is clean and beds are relatively comfortable, daily room service.
Cons (-) Wi fi signal was weak at times, elevator is a bit small and slow but it does the trick. There were kids running up and down the staircase shouting and screaming (but this due the bad parents I guess rather than hotel amenities). Breakfast is ok but the same every day with a limited choice
