Pros (+) Large and comfortable room for a couple. Using the app was great, skipped the lobby and went straight to the room. Coffee place in the lobby decent, not too overpriced. Best part is free garage parking, BUT only for Fri and Sat nights...otherwise is $30/night. The free wifi was adequate.

Pros (+) I liked that there were several restaurants in the hotel and next to the hotel. There is a walkway to the shopping mall.
Cons (-) The swimming pool was in the building across the street.

Cons (-) Poor lighting in bathroom Staff unhelpful in resolving various room and facility related issues. In particular, after twice complaining about excessively noisy hotel guest, front desk agent said "Ooh, I hate when that happens."

Pros (+) The customer service on the way out was excellent. Christen was the best, her attitude was great and it felt genuine like she really cared if we enjoyed our stay.
Cons (-) I did not like the overall cleanliness and would hope in the future attention to detail will be looked into by someone in charge.
