Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many mentioning its proximity to shopping, dining, and event venues. Cleanliness was also a highlight, with several reviews noting clean rooms and modern features. However, there were repeated complaints about expensive and mandatory valet parking, as well as issues with service, including rude or unresponsive staff. Some guests found the rooms to be small or dark. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and overall cleanliness stood out as positives.
