Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests generally appreciate the hotel's helpful and friendly staff, convenient location near public transport and attractions, and clean, spacious rooms. Many highlight the breakfast as a positive aspect, especially the buffet and views from the top floor. However, some guests mention that the hotel is aging and in need of renovation, with issues such as worn facilities, hard beds, and occasional maintenance problems. There are also complaints about value for price, accessibility to the top floor restaurant, and the pool being closed during high season. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment is positive, especially regarding service and location.
