Every thing else was brilliant
The room was a bit small would have suited a double bed rather than two singles.
Staff very helpful, lovely building, room quite small but had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy.
Our room was on the top floor and unfortunately there is no lift, I found this a wee bit difficult due to a disability, however the staff were very helpful with our luggage.
The staff were excellent; really helpful, chatty and would do anything for you. The room had a lovely feel, but would have rather had one overlooking the garden (but appreciate they can't all over look the garden?). Excellent first stay and would definitely recommend it. We're coming back, that's for sure.
The staff, the location and the welcome.
The bed and staff were exceptional. The bed was extremely comfortable, soft but still offered good back support. Johnny, on reception, was very friendly and went out of his way to help make my mum's 80th birthday special. Hugely grateful for his help! My parents had the Darwin room which was very quiet. You can't hear any noise from the breakfast room which is overhead. Rooms have both normal and rain showers. Excellent wifi reception. Good choice of breakfast including full English (and vegetarian option), fruit salad, cereal and yogurt. Only a short, scenic walk to the centre of Bath.
The Siena room, my room, was a bit noisy as it faces the road but, as I got this room as an upgrade, certainly cannot complain. Very little I didn't like. This is a great place to stay.
Everything, great location easy walk to all shops, river and attractions... Breakfast was amazing
Can honestly say there wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the place.
