Very clean, quiet yet centrally located. Our room was comfortably sized, with quality clean linens and a refrigerator and microwave for convenience. All staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros (+) This place is a 5 minute walk to the harbor and downtown area and right on the main drag. Also 5 minutes from Acadia National Park Entrance. Ataff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) If you are looking for an upscale modern hotel, this one is not. However it is clean and a bit dated but my personal feeling is I’m only sleeping here. Bathroom and showers were Very clean. I would reccomend this hotel for someone who is looking for a reasonable price in the area, close to eveything who doesnt have to stay in a 5 star hotel to be happy.

Pros (+) Great location right near Bar Harbor village and the Island Explorer shuttle. Cheap compared with other locations in BH and easy parking. Clean facility and friendly staff.
Cons (-) Just keep in mind this is a BUDGET motel, so these are not criticisms just more "what to expect." It's an older and dated facility. It's clean but has a slightly musty smell. Bathrooms are small but serviceable.
