Car rental at Banja Luka Airport

Europcar has long opening hours between 08:00 and 22:00 and also has after hours service between 05:00 and 07:59 as well as between 22:01 and 23:59. The after hours service will come with an extra fee and must be booked in advance. Some providers like Budget will let you provide your flight number when booking so that if your flight gets delayed, they will hold your vehicle until after you have landed. Providers such as Europcar and CarWiz offer one way car hire which allows you to pick up your car hire at Banja Luka Airport and drop it off at another location.

Most of service desks are located just outside the main airport terminal where you can find them near the parking lots. Others, such as Europcar are located a short walk away from the airport complex, turning left after you exit. Once the staff have processed your paperwork, they will direct you to your vehicle in the parking lot or to a shuttle that will take you to a depot with your vehicle.

To process the booking of your vehicle, you will first need to present the appropriate documentation to the staff at the service desk. This includes both your normal driving licence, an international driving licence as well as your passport as proof of identification. You will also need a confirmation of your booking.
