Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and overall cleanliness. Many found the breakfast offerings to be a highlight, especially with gluten-free options. However, there were several complaints about bed comfort, with some describing mattresses as too hard or too soft. While most guests had a positive experience with the service, a few mentioned issues with room temperature, maintenance, and parking. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making it a favorable choice for many visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The room was fine. The staff was friendly.
Cons (-) The doors slam when closing. Very noisy at night. The buffet in the casino is terrible. Cold food and low quality.
Pros (+) Close to the airport
Cons (-) By midnight around 4:00pm, awakened by next room guests! Not just they slammed the door, they also talk so loud and last for about 1/2 hour until we called the front desk to complain. Less choice for dinning during the weekday stay.
Pros (+) I loved being close to everything
