Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, clean rooms, spacious accommodations, and varied breakfast options. Many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the city views from higher floors. However, several reviews mention unfriendly or unhelpful staff, especially at the front desk, and some guests were disappointed by missing amenities such as the pool or bathtub, or by ongoing renovations. Noise from tour groups and issues with room features like air conditioning and bedding were also noted. Overall, positives outweigh the negatives, especially for location and room quality.
