Warm water when it’s warm outside, cold when it’s cold outside. Charging for WiFi extra is okay, but not per device and day - that’s real rip off. I could go on with this rating, but I think the message is clear: no booking recommendation from my side.

So quiet & peaceful.I like this town. There has a night market on the Main Soi. I enjoyed local street food ,BBQ,snack,etc.Bic C mini nearby is awsom 24/7.
It's not even Banglok.So remote area from BTS but there has bike taxi evreywhere around city.It's prety much Thai local / nice & peaceful.

Garden is very green
Apartment Manager woman very panic person.facilities location not close to sukhumvit road.very small.dirty street night time dark and not safe.internet not free 12 hours 50 baht and you cant go in room with shoes.you pay for room but you csnt walk in room with shoes :-)
