Noisy Aircon Not card key

The bed is good and the staffs are nice. Layout of the room is also good.

Shower is not good and the room is a bit old. The security to access to the building or to room is quite difficult with only one given access card. As this building is also a residence, you will need to use the key access card from car park to the building and from room to lobby and only one key access is given. It’s good for security but it’s not quite convenience.

Shower not consistantly hot

Hotel staff were pleasant and good location, swimming pool and gym a bonus but did not use.

Found food in microwave on arrival, room was very nice but needs a fresh coat of paint, WiFi was quite poor at times.

Location, Big rooms.

Less service now than the last time i stayed. Hotel Tuk Tuk no longer available. Reception has now moved into an office. No more front desk. Less responsive service. No aircon in the lobby at times. Think they are saving cost.
