Cons: Check-in time should be at 14.00, but one of my rooms ready at 14.50. I got a room next to service lift, so it’s noisy. I have to ask to change the room. When I check-out, around 10am, elevators were always full (not enough space for my mom’s wheelchair). So, I have to go up first to enable us to get the space.

Cons: My previous visit was several years ago where this hotel was one of the best. So I had chose this hotel and found an old hotel which probably never been updated. The room, carpet, bed, odors were definitely unpleasant. Room size is big but the bed size and quality were no-no for me.
I didn't use any other facilities except the restaurant where we had a so-so breakfast.

Cons: Room is not sound proofing, very very noisy, our room is at the end corner of 10th floor, could hear people talking and running at the corridor, cars and bikes sounds. Very noisy! Shower cubicle is not clean, mould on floors and wall. Front desk staffs were not professional and helpful enough, they could laugh and joke aloud like they were at home. Very annoying! Should send for training again! However, the staffs at the restaurants, the bellboys is helpful and friendly though.

Cons: Very poor service , check in should be at 2pm and 3 rooms booked was not ready until 2 hours later and gesture of goodwill was offer. Sorry won’t solve the problem. If they are over booked or short of housekeeping staff, they should provide more to ensure that all guests not hang around at the lobby waiting for the room to be cleaned. At least offer compensation as we paid from 2pm check in to 13 midday check out as the hotel policy. A big let down

Pros: Food was good. Staffs were accomodative. One staff by the name of Esa was very friendly, helpful, accomodative and was polite to accede to my request and helps in any ways via whatsapp and in person.
Cons: Amaris should provide 2 key cards per room.

Pros: The location was great, very close to tourist attractions, malls and restaurants/cafes.
Cons: The towels had a funny smell but everything else was great :)

Pros: Food were great. Staffs were polite. Hotel Staff - Esa was friendly, accomodative, patient and polite. Going extra mile to assist to accomodate my group of mountain bikers to store the bike bags and bikes.

Pros: Booked executive suite. Breakfast is OK. Room is big with a dining room and additional bedroom for driver. The location is good, near to Parahyangan University as my daughter had to go to the university.

Pros: Very spacious room, good for family. Good locations in northern part of bandung. Mini mart in the lobby.
Cons: The cleanliness of the rooms (floors quite dusty), couches.. bathrooms still have some smudges of toothpaste from previous guests , would be better if they can prepare some sort of liquid dish soap and sponge to wash the plates and utensils in thr kitchen. Water heater not functioning well.. Water was cold when we showered in the morning, fridge not functioning well.. Our stuffs become frozen ...breakfast plates and cups.. Trays, Tables need proper and thorough cleaning ... Always waited so long for egg and crepes stations ...

Cons: Slow check in process. We got the key after we remind the receptionist that we had waited for 45 minutes.
