the entry lobby is a bit difficult to find. No dispenser on every floor.

Staff hotel said my booking didnt have it n that staf off ot my call I must call the hotel for bNk account number for pay it, because my reservation for my business partner After paid....i send my receipt payment via whasapp have reply from whatsapp the payment already done BUT my business partner said the hotel not pay yet!!!!!! It is the poor services.
