Most guests were extremely dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting dirty rooms, stained bedding, mold, pests such as roaches and bed bugs, and trash left from previous guests. Safety was a concern for several reviewers due to issues like broken door locks and an unsafe environment. Bed comfort was also criticized, with mentions of uncomfortable, sagging, or stained beds. However, a few guests appreciated the convenient location near stores and restaurants, and some found the staff to be polite or the price to be inexpensive.
