Staff was courteous, close to Walgreens, 7 elev, Pratt st etc
They cleaned the room and not didnt change the sheets, disgusting .had the feel of an old run down hotel , somenrickety old roller chair that was way worn out , the shower stopped up with water and same for the sink. Didnt have extra bath tissue etc, pretty bad hotel , holes in wall etc
Room was decently decorated, bed was comfortable
The place seems run down and not well taken care of. The shower door was loose, floors are crooked, hotel is very dark the tv remote was very sticky
The hotel staff were very pleasant and polite. The condition of this hotel is poor. Light fixtures broken. Elevator not in proper working order. The bathroom still had shampoo bottles from the last guests on the top ledge in the shower. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were aweful and small and lumpy and old.
The whole place. The staff is very nice.
For the price, the place was clean enough, close walk to the harbor and fine for a few night stay
The facilities weren't great, particularly the hot water was lukewarm at best
No elevator service for my whole 4 days' stay and I stay on the 5th floor No new towel for 3 days The TV remote control is not working and the front desk promised to fixed it but it never return No battery in the thermostat and battery is not available in front desk One card key prepared for two customers None smoking room but cigarette butt on stairwell Strong ammonia smell in stairwell etc
The only thing positive I can find to say about this hotel is that it wasn't infested with bugs. I'm still not sure why, given the complete absence of cleaning services.
Room was need of repair: door deadlock wouldn't latch, shower door replaced by curtain held by pipe clamps, broken towel rack, peeling wall paper, sticky floor and elevator. No cleaning service for entire week. Took 24+ hours to get broken glass picked up, small shards still in carpet. Desk staff inactive and indifferent. Wifi slower than a fax machine. Would not provide alternative room nor offer...Read more
That it was close to the royal farms Arena for our concert
The place was run down, I never though hotels like this existed. Some doors wouldn't close all the way or lock. The front desk said that if our room wasn't clean they would have to move us to a different hotel??? What? I booked my room a month in advance. My wife and I had friends staying also and when they got to their room the front door was broken so it wouldn't close or lock and the room was s...Read more
The hotel and rooms were clean. Very close to all major downtown Baltimore venues including the Convention Center, Aquarium, Inner Harbor, etc.
Rooms are small. Location is a little rough. Travel with a group for safety.
Staff was fantastic for all that my group put them through (we needed several extra blankets and towels, realizing this in two trips). Room was quiet, but only suitable for one adult. Staff was also kind enough to call a cab for us when we were running late so the cab could meet us when we got to the lobby; this ended up making all the difference in the world.
Room was VERY small, there were small blood stains on the sheets and one of the pillows, wasn't crazy about the air conditioner in the room, bathroom had NO circulation whatsoever (so after a shower it was too humid to breathe) and bathroom door was as creaky as something out of a horror movie, so it woke everyone up whenever someone had to take a bathroom run in the middle of the night.
I Love The Presentation Of It All..... The Flashing Lights On The Headboard Was Awesome.... It Made Our Stay Romantic, Sexy And Was Something To Look Forward To.
The Water Didn't Really Get Hot.
