Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's amenities, including the spa, rooftop, and modern design, as well as the quality of breakfast, clean rooms, and convenient location. Many found the staff friendly and attentive. However, several reviews highlighted issues with slow or unprofessional service, especially at reception and in some bars, and some guests felt the hotel did not meet 5-star standards due to service lapses, elevator and wifi problems, and value concerns. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for amenities and atmosphere.
