10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host is very friendly and very kind
Cons: My room door is broken.
5.0 Okay
Pros: A fresh breakfast was served
Cons: We got a tiny and dark room for two nights. The room looks like a cave room and had a very small window. We felt like staying in an prison. The way described at their website and the photos did not come across to us that we are getting such a bad room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about La Banesterie, including the location and neighborhood/proximity to center of historic district, warm hospitality, helpfulness, quality of facility and extra special touches, furnishings, homemade breakfast, honor bar, A/C...everything!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Design, fantastic host
Cons: Accessibility by car was not good
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Host was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. Nice continental breakfast included. Excellent location. Staff was helpful with luggage.
Cons: Would have preferred a standing shower.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A unique property full of French character
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely charming and cozy property, easy to fall in love with. The owners are the most attentive and nicest people. From the minute I checked in for a couple of nights I knew I should’ve stayed longer. Super quiet rooms, nice linens. And the breakfast, amazing. My daughter said it’s the best in France!
Cons: Not a single thing. I absolutely loved every single aspect of my stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: La Banasterie is a delightful Bed & Breakfast. Our hosts Véronique & Fabrice were charming and helpful. They organised a taxi for us at each end of our stay, which was very much appreciated and they went beyond what was expected in so many ways. They are a couple who seem to genuinely enjoy welcoming visitors into their home. La Banasterie is in a great location, only minutes from the Palais des Papes and within easy walking distance of a number of squares, cafes & restaurants. We really enjoyed use of the terrace beside our room. There were a number of other shared spaces for relaxing in that were scattered throughout the home, each comfortably & attractively decorated. The breakfasts were delicious and presented with panache. I would highly recommend La Banasterie as a welcoming and restful base from which to enjoy Avignon.

Pros: Jean Paul was a wonderful host. The rooms are very pretty, and overlook the garden which has a lovely swimming pool and fruit trees. The restaurant was closed on the nights we were there but the breakfast was really good. A nice jug of coffee, some homemade apricot jam, fresh croissants, cheese and bread. There is parking in the hotel, and the location is great, just a few moments walk from the centre of the village and the historic sites.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was superb.

4.6 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Very poor service at dinner - wish that we had gone out to eat. Waited until halfway through main course before wine arrived (first choice not available). Ridiculous breakfast - 22 Euros for Continental and then they have the cheek to charge 5 Euros per egg extra. Mean operation that shows everywhere. Outdated technology at front desk.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything except the noise at night from the lobby or bar.
La Mirande - Avignon - Building

Carefully restored to their original splendor all guestrooms have authentic period interiors with boiserie and chintz wall coverings and invisible state of the art technology. 7.9 Good
Pros: The staff and the location
Cons: It is almost impossible getting their by car. Missed some things on the room like a coffee makee
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very old, but unlike many old hotels, everything was in perfect working condition, like it I was meant to be. Even the water pressure in the wc was strong. Although the hotel has greenery and it was hot summer days and plenty of bugs become active during this time of year, there wasnt a single bug inside the room.
Cons: No enough signs on the road to lead to the hotel and a little investment in signs would have done the job.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Couldn't have a better location. The absolute best in Avignon. Had a beautiful dinner in their gorgeous city garden. Also, their wall paper was very inspirational for future renovations to our own home!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding in every way.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My daughter & I had one of the best experiences at Garlande Hotel. The service provided by the charming young Lady Axelle and the Gentleman Stéphane was outstanding and filled with love & care... a real great stay and fabulous hospitality ... Bravo. We will surely be back!
Cons: All was marvellous... without exaggeration.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay at the Garlande Hotel, which was in a great location being close to shops and restaurants, however being relatively quiet as well. We arrived at a time when reception was closed but were given an entry code where we could gain access to leave our cases so this was fabulous. The staff member on hotel reception was simply wonderful. She was so efficient, helpful and pleasant to deal with and to speak to, which really made our stay here.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice manager. Clean room and extra bed was not bad. Great location to explore the city.
Cons: Room was not fancy or stylish but perhaps cannot complain.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English
Cons: Please provide metal spoons, not plastic stirrers
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff (all family) that was eager to help travelers out and give them ideas on places to eat, things to see/do (even elsewhere in Provence outside of Avignon!). Clean and comfortable rooms, wonderful (homemade) breakfast. Great location near the heart of the old town, but also close enough to a major street to make travel to/from the TGV station easy. Couldn't think of a better place to stay in Avignon.
Cons: Rooms are small and the view from the room wasn't great, but you're located on a narrow street in the heart of the old town in a building several hundred years old, so not really anything unexpected. These hardly detract.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the location is wonderful. our room has a very high ceiling, very conferrable and cozy. Love the decor. Will definitely come back again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location in the old town near lots of restaurants and shops. Owner gave us great advice regarding towns to visit. We took the train to Nimes one day and Arles the next. Air conditioning worked great. Our room was very spacious for the 3 of us. We each had our own bed.

Pros: Great characterful hotel with Bonnie the dog!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Interesting arty boutique hotel... quirkily French. Breakfast wonderful... delicious coffee, croissants and more. Patrice most helpful.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: On the hottest day of the year, 43 degrees, we were thankful that the hotel was only around 5 minutes walk from Avignon Centre station. Its also just off the main street, leading to the Palace of the Papes and Le Pont St Benezet. Air conditioning thankfully was excellent. Reception was very helpful in giving us advice. Breakfast was served individually and was fine.
Cons: Lack of a fridge in the room, but it is a 2 star hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bedroom was huge was by European standards! Beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The lovely garden & sitting area were closed to guests after 7pm. We would have enjoyed them after returning from dinner. We also found it to be a very modest breakfast compared with other hotels on this trip that charged the same price. It was nicely presented though.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good location. Helpful owner
Cons: Spiral staircase.
7.1 Good
Pros: Artistic independent boutique style
Cons: Polystyrene ceiling tiles in the bedrooms
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful little hotel central to our needs.
Cons: No iron in room and stairs were a little difficult with luggage
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was fantastic, and the owner was extremely helpful. The room was very clean, and the ACwas a real bonus
Cons: I wish we could have used the courtyard to eat food we had, as we followed the request not to eat in our room. I understand the need to keep food out of the rooms, but it would have been lovely to just sit and relax outside with our fruit or water, and maybe meet some fellow travellers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A wonderfully warm welcome, a super little hotel, well located and a great find. Used as a stopover before taking TGV but definitely would return if visiting Avignon. If only there could be more hotels in this vein.
Hôtel Le Magnan - Avignon - Building
8
8.7 Excellent (1,103 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Hotel Le Magnan is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of the ramparts of the historic city of Avignon, which honors Provencal lifestyle and friendliness. Push the door ... We offer you 30 fully equipped conditioned rooms, most with views of the garden, a lovely patio where you can enjoy a moment of relaxation after a day of sightseeing or business or enjoy a little there lunch on sunny days. Our concern is the quality of the stay that you will spend in Avignon. From the hotel, you can stroll along the canal in the picturesque "rue des teinturiers" (street of dyers) and following the streets of old Avignon, you'll reach on foot the Papal Palace.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality of the owners. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: fast answer by mail
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room Two, ground floor opening onto internal courtyard garden. Really good large shower.
Cons: I could hear room above me
6.7 Good
Cons: On my departure day, I checked out early and left my bags at the hotel while I went sightseeing. I told the receptionist that I had a train to catch at 12:30 PM. I returned to the hotel at 11:30 to find the door locked and lights out. I rang the bell and pounded on the door to no avail. Finally about 15 minutes later the receptionist and her co-worker showed up inside the building. I grabbed my bags and ran to the train station. Very disconcerting! What hotel locks out patrons in the middle of the day?
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and very french
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely variety at breakfast. Extremely friendly staff
Cons: A simple evening meal
5.8 Okay
Pros: Our room was very nice. The staff were excellent - very helpful
Cons: The reception & hallways need decorating (very scruffy). The location is in a poor area.
7.5 Good
Pros: Loved the location and feel of the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: For a 2 star hotel, Le Magnan exceeded our expectations from every respect. The hosts were friendly and accommodating (although I could say that for all 5 hotels during our vacation in France). The location was perfect: Next to the wall of the old city so that you can walk everywhere and also easy to escape the city. Street parking is free after 7PM and on Sunday. It was plenty and I had no trouble finding a spot, except one day after a late return from a day trip. The room (triple) was newly renovated, clean and very practical (e.g. we appreciated the 2 mirrors at different heights in the bathroom). Breakfast was fresh and delicious. And what we liked the most was the yard in the center of the hotel where we enjoyed the summer nights drinking wine, cleaning up photos, watching a movie or smoking a cigarette (you just have to be quiet). Great value!
Cons: If I really have to find something negative, I'd say that breakfast could get monotonous if you stay several days.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The room was small but spotlessly clean and the large bed comfortable. We enjoyed a drink in the inner garden and it is ideally placed, near the old centre of town. The staff were exceptionally friendly and we would definitely go back. A big thank you!
Kyriad Avignon Palais des Papes - Avignon - Building
9
8.5 Excellent (2,212 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Kyriad Avignon Palais Des Papes, you'll be centrally located in Avignon, steps from Place de l'Horloge and 3 minutes by foot from Palais des Papes. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location is perfect, right in the historic center. The staff was nice.
Cons: Everything was small in the hotel: the elevator, the corridors, the meal room, the bed. The breakfast was not very diverse.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and everyone was so kind and attentive to our questions. They even gave us directions to a laundry!
Cons: One step down to go into the bathroom in middle of night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed our stay wished we had been able to stay longer than one night. Very well located, comfortable beds and friendly, professional staff.
Cons: Nothing to say.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I really like the friendly check in and out, at the reception there are always young and smiling people; they are very kind and find quickly response/solutions. I like to find free water in the room and also the possibility to buy 50cl water bottle to go at the reception. The position is very closer to the main attraction (Palais du papes) and it overlooks in a great square, where you could find a lot of restaurants and bars.
Cons: Few things I found that I don't like, and to be honest, related to the price, I liked everything. So If I had to say something about "bad feeling" - probably it's just for the room dimension, which is really little and there is few spaces to arrange things. However this is the overall situation in most of the hotel in the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location cannot be beat. The main reason to visit Avignon is to be in the old town and this is in the center of everything. The room was clean with it's own bathroom.
Cons: Since the hotel is in the old town, parking was confusing.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location location location
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Sound proof windows Clean room, nicely furnished Excellent position just in front of the main square
Cons: You can’t reach it by car No window nor fan in the bathroom
7.9 Good
Pros: We liked the location of the hotel and the staff were very friendly. We were happy to find a hotel that could accommodate all four of us in one room.
Cons: The rooms were okay. There was a slight odor in the room that was unpleasant, perhaps from humidity in the carpet. It was very noticeable when we walked in.
7.1 Good
Pros: Maria very friendly and helpful
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Cozy hotel right in the center of the city and next to Palais des Papes, very convenient for a short staying to visit the historical center. Room was small, but well equipped and with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was modern and very clean. Kettle and tea bags in the room. Staff was kind and helpful, but not particularly welcoming.
Cons: The mini-fridge in the room was not cooling enough (or not at all...). Bed was narrow (140cm) and access on one side quite difficult. Soundproofing from outside was good, but not so good from the aisle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good place in there, high CP! push it!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great country retreat, very close to city. P&R close to bridge in Avignon makes it easy to get in and out of city.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location. Excellent parking. Easy to drive to the Avignon parking lot. Very nice pool area. Owner very nice and friendly. Very comfortable room. Recommend the second floor.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Receptionist was pleasant and room clean.
Cons: Scruffy in areas coming into reception with many old leaves that just needed a sweep, particularly as this is where people dined. At breakfast leaves blew up into our food.. Pool area also untidy. Only one socket worked in our room which was inconvenient and there was no shower door so the bathroom floor got flooded. Also bathroom door no door stop to stop fingers getting trapped when opening the door. Breakfast ok.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has charming old buildings in a peaceful, rural setting, near to Avignon. The proprietor & staff make a real effort to welcome their guests & to ensure an enjoyable stay. The outdoor restaurant..... and the local fresh produce were delightful.
Cons: That we were only able to stay for one night..... would have liked to have relaxed by & swam in the lovely pool more......will definitely be back !!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff and especially the Owner were outstanding!
7.5 Good
Pros: Atmosphere and staff friendly Food was good Good location when you find it sat-Navagation took us to a farm shop with same name
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant
Cons: Room was stuffy Pool was far too cold
5.4 Okay
Pros: The Hotel Restaurant was fabulous. The staff were excellent and checking in and out was easy. It was also relatively easy to find the hotel.
Cons: The room was tiny and very dated and dark - looking onto a small courtyard and the car park (which meant we were woken often by cars coming and going). I thought the rates were too high for the quality of the accommodation
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant serves VERY GOOD food and portions are generous. Far from Avignon city centre on foot, in the middle of orchards, hence quiet. And cosy. Complimentary towels at reception for the swimming pool.
Hôtel Boquier - Avignon - Building
11
8.5 Excellent (310 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Avignon (Avignon City Centre), Hôtel Boquier is within a 15-minute walk of Place de l'Horloge and Palais des Papes. Featured amenities include luggage storage and a safe deposit box at the front desk.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located in the center of the town close to the railway station. The staff was very helpful to answer your questions. Good breakfast served in the restaurant.
Cons: Nothing special to comment.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The manager was very helpful and gave lots of good tips about things to do, where to go and eat good, where to explore parts of the inner town of Avignon. Very accommodating and kind at all times. We felt very welcomed. Our room was very private and quiet.
Cons: As convenient as this hotel is in terms of location, the steep stairs up to the rooms will be a challenge to everybody who has got knee issues or other health problems preventing a quick work out. During mosquito season be prepared of these little buzzers sharing the room with you, if you like to sleep with the windows open.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bedrooms were clean, charming and comfortable and blissfully air-conditioned in the midst of a heat wave. The proprietor was incredibly nice and very helpful with suggestions for where to go and what to do in town.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location is great, walking distance to attractions
Cons: Bathroom was very small with just a sliding door that separates it from the main room
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean. Though our room was tiny and had a low ceiling, which got us all bump our head once or twice, the room itself has exceeded even rooms from some 3-star hotels rooms we stayed in from the past.
6.3 Good
Cons: Small in room area
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner of the hotel was very welcoming. He quickly explained the layout of the city and recommended what to see and where better restaurants could be found. It was record heat in Provence and the AC in our room was excellent! We were very comfortable and the location was ideal, close to the city train station.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, made me feel at home.
Cons: Better lighting when you get in the hallway. Light only comes on halfway through.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Probably the first hotel from the train station but unlike other cities it’s in a safe area (it’s within the walls), but far enough from the touristy sites so you feel like you’re in a community. Tourist office was around the corner. Good gym also not far for a daily rate (I was there a while and usually work out a lot lol.) I had one of the only two unrenovated rooms but it was totally fine with a great shower, big bathroom and even a little patio. Owner was super nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.
Cons: Just a tiny quibble: Breakfast was a little lacking for the price but to be honest it was cheaper than eating elsewhere nearby. Boiled eggs (protein not just carbs!) made up for it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good clean room, effective air conditioning, helpful advice especially how to get to Pont du Gard by local bus. Location perfect, close to station and office of tourism.
Cons: Lack of mosquito netting on windows.

Pros: Well, if you pay £39 for an economy single room you don’t expect much, but what I got far exceeded expectations. Comfortable single bed, excellent aircon, good plumbing, modern furniture, really helpful staff and a great location, being a 5-minute walk from Central Station and 10 minutes (past masses of all fresco restaurants) to the Palau’s des Papes.
Cons: For me? Nothing. For some, no elevator might make this unsuitable, I suppos.

Pros: Our room was lovely, bed very comfortable, enough space for a family of four. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Pool area
Cons: Carpet
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, lovely walk-in shower, good choice at breakfast, wonderful evening meals, good size outdoor pool and lovely areas to relax in beautiful gardens. Staff very friendly and no problem parking at all. Once we got to grips with Avignon’s complicated road system, hotel is excellent location if you intend travelling round places to the south and east of Avignon. Definitely need a car here - the local bus is frequent and just round the corner but a mile walk into the main square when you get off at Gare Centre bus stop.
Cons: Rooms were smaller than they looked in the photos.

6.7 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable. Walk in shower was great. Also separate toilet.
Cons: We didn't expect to have to share a kitchen. Apt had 3 bedrooms sharing the kitchen. There was no lift (partner post surgery!) The employee that met us with keys was very pleasant and did her very best but had little English so difficult to sort things out. Would like all of these to be made clear on website before booking and not to be receiving messages afterwards.
10.0 Excellent

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was outstanding.
Cons: Room was very disappointing. We had a confirmation for a queen bed but had a double. The room was tiny and uninteresting. “Balcony” was poor. No Ice buckets. Staff was not very cordial (one was). I hope that we had the worst room in the place...stayed in small, old boutique hotels throughout southern France for 10 nights and this was the only loser.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: location, staff and breakfast including very gentile breakfast staff
Cons: toilet kept running.lock to room needed repair on arrival, elevator worked up until my last day though the hotel had it repaired within an hour

Meet your colleagues on the terrace during a business trip or discover the charms of Avignon with your family. This hotel offers comfortable rooms in a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: Strange bathroom layout, hotel bar was not part of the hotel
7.1 Good
Pros: Very central location and staff was friendly.
Cons: The location of the hotel is great. Right in the middle of the town centre. Rooms are also clean. However, this hotel is basically only a place to sleep. If you want to get up early in the morning, get out and come only back in the evening this place is good. If you expect a little bit more from a hotel you should look further. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Clean but very small rooms and everything a bit dated. I assume the hotel's target guests are larger groups of people who travel through Europe on an all-in basis. This hotel should be downgraded to a 3 star hotel. I would not pay again this amount of money to stay here.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Great location next to palais des papes
Cons: We got into our non smoking room for it to stink of smoke and asked to change our rooms. The staff were not very helpful and had no knowledge when we asked about buffet breakfast. The rooms were small and facilities were lacking with paper cups for coffees. I’d expect more for the price.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The Staff was great and very helpful.
Cons: The air conditioning did not work. A fan was provided.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location. Room was comfy. Staff was terrific and the breakfast was great!
Cons: Didn’t like the hand held shower. Would have preferred that it could be mounted higher like a conventional shower.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic. Step out of the door and you are in the centre of the city, right next door to the Palace of the Popes with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within a few minutes walk. Despite its central position it is quiet and very comfortable
Cons: We had to leave!,,

Located between the Pont d'Avignon and Palais des Papes, this Mercure hotel benefits from an excellent location right in the city center. A stone's throw from the convention center and the central train station, the establishment has quiet and modern room s that exude a sense of well-being. After a day of work or sightseeing, relax in the hotel's small garden or enjoy a drink in the lounge bar.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location and room size was ok.
Cons: There was very little shower pressure and the foyer always smelled like cleaning products.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR ALL PLACES OF INTEREST,SUBSTANTIAL BREAKFAST AND GREAT PEOPLE IN RECEPTION AND BAR
Cons: THE HOTEL ATTEMPTED TO CLAIM PAYMENT OF MY BILL AND AN ADDITIONAL £500.00 IN THE EARLY HOURS OF SATURDAY PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL ON SATURDAY EVENING.THE LOVELY RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME,SOMEWHAT EMBARRASSED,THAT THIS WAS STANDARD PROCEDURE!
9.2 Excellent
Cons: Excellent place. Wonderful location and knowledgeable welcoming staff. The only two negative things are: the bathtub, too high, and the bed, very uncomfortable. But for the big part, an excellent choice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s a 4 star hotel and deserves the rating. The rooms are outstanding, the spacious and overhead shower luxurious . The breakfast is a little expensive, but actually worth it, it is so good and generous. ALL the staff exceptionally friendly. The AC of corse first class. The location couldn’t be better : it’s within sight of the Palace of the Popes, not 2 minute walk away. Avignon is a beautiful town - we should have stayed longer.
Cons: The one downside to be prepared for is that there is only one single approach to the one public parking area immediately adjacent to the hotel. You must enter through the northern gate to the town with the sign to the Palais Papes Public Parking sign, and the lot is 3 stories, underground , and popular and congested. But after one deals with that, all is well, and the hotel entrance is at the doorstep. The hotel can’t really help that parking availability is what it is.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Wash basin in bathroom blocked. Could not be fixed when advised at 1900. New room offered but luggage already unpacked.. Could do better!,
7.5 Good
Pros: Located next to the main City sites.
Cons: Hotel access by car is cumbersome , a doorman could be useful. Breakfast was not up to usual Mercure standards.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: For those interested in tourism/sightseeing it would be difficult to find a better location. The hotel is very close to all historical monuments. The room for improvement, however, regards a better information about the (public) parking. Finally, the parking location is very convenient but more info about it could/should be on the hotel website. I think, it would be for the benefit of the hotel if additional info is provide with respect to close location of Pont d'Avignon and ticketing possibilities for visiting both the historical bridge and the pope palace. Help and support from the hotel staff was remarkable.
Cons: As it has been mentioned before more info regarding the parking (including for hotel discount) would be appreciated at the hotel website.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Location Comfort Cleanliness
Cons: No swimming pool
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: We had a big Van and the parking lot had a height limit. We have to park far
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff were very good
Cons: Pillows were very uncomfortable
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The front desk reception was very welcoming and efficient.
Cons: The room was a bit worn, the bed was quite hard and the pillow was very small and flat.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Location and ease of parking.
Cons: The duvet on the bed was too hot. We had to take it apart.

4.6 Okay
Pros: - friendly staff
Cons: - the hotel is not the picture as shown on sites, it’s behind this beautiful building and had almost no windows at all - room was really warm - air-condition worked hardly and made a lot of noise - room wasn’t cleaned (was still stuff from previous visitors) - rooms are much smaller then the promised 20m2 -widow faces the air conditioning units so you can’t open them without pulling in noise or hot air - hotel is located beneath a hostel which generates a lot of noise/shouting/music till very late
6.3 Good
Pros: Convenience
Cons: No parking, expensive breakfast and small rooms
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and let us leave our suitcases in the store cupboard for the day before and after check in which was so helpful. The hotel is simple but clean and centrally located so very easy to get around.
Cons: The breakfast seemed expensive - but we didn't buy it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful reception. Quiet room. Comfy bed and a good nights sleep.
7.9 Good
Pros: convenient location in the middle of the city
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is very central however the rooms are very basic and in my opinion, would only book again for a stop over as it was this time.
Cons: The rooms are quite dated and basic. The breakfast was again, very basic and you can do better in many of the offerings in this central location. The instructions for the parking were confusing and we ended up doing laps of the area trying to find the entrance due to road closures.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: fairly good choice of food and drinks for breakfast , location was excellent only a few minutes walk from main square . staff were super friendly and helpful even recommending things we should see . rooms were a good size
Cons: not really hotels fault but they were doing roadworks in street behind and started quite early
8.8 Excellent

8.3 Excellent
Pros: We really liked this hotel and it was central to everything we wanted to do.
