Friendly staff. Good location as all the 3 and 2 star hotels in the town. There is a small discount 3euro for parking.
It is rated as 4 stars , but actually it dies not live up to the standards. The room is so small that two slim persons can not pass in the room. The toilet is so small that I can not sit straight. Dinner and breakfast offering seem to be expensive comparing to other restaurants in town. If you come here for a conference or a business trip, this hotel is ok. If you travel on your own cost for pleasure, try to find other hotels.
Fantastic staff. Very helpful
Beds were really uncomfortable, and pillows were tiny....
The breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room was really nice - like being in an outside garden. I had a little food spill and the staff were very kind and helpful about it. The reception staff member was very friendly and outgoing when we arrived. The housekeeping staff were very cordial in the hallways. The location was really perfect.
The price was a little high - in my opinion - compared to similar places in France - however, Avignon lodging seems to be a little higher than some of the other places we have visited all over France for similar accommodations. Yes, the rooms are small, but that's NORMAL - not a negative.
It’s a comfortable hotel in a good location where I have stayed previously
There was no hot water for one day of my stay
Location close to the cathedral and adjacent car park
