Pros:The breakfast and night snacks at 5 floor.
Pros:It was nice that the 5th floor had its very own complimentary breakfast
Cons:Although I had reservations, when I arrived for my checkout time, and the desk clerk asked me which floor I would like to stay on...they didn't have any rooms readily available on that floor. So I had to wait...so I told her that I would stay on the 5th floor which was a $30 more charge...they decided to charge me with only $15 instead of the $30. Although I personally think there shouldn't be any charge due to no rooms being readily available when I arrived for check-in.
Pros:Hotel was nice and staff was excellent
Cons:The fact that they didn't serve a complimentary breakfast and the the outrageous price that the hotel restaurant was charging for breakfast was a absolute turn off...
Pros:the staff was very friendly the room clean and close to many places to eat
Cons:the outdoor pool was a bit small the water getting out look clean
