Pros: Nothing

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The lobby and the free breakfast.

Pros: Close to where we wanted to be.
Cons: Key did not work well in door. Wash cloth was paper thin. Did not deserve a 3 star rating

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendly service from the time we checked in, throughout our stay and checking out. The breakfast was delicious. Thanks to the chef and his staff. The room was clean and we got help right away when we needed it. The bartender was nice and helpful with the menu. My burger was to salty to enjoy so she gave us a discount on our meal. Really sweet young lady. I can't remember the lady's name at the front desk but she made us feel welcomed with her smile. We will stay again at this location.
Cons: The smell of the carpet. It had a bad odor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great. Especially Mrs. Phyllis. She made our weekend great. The bar tender was great. I asked her to make me one of her creations & it was so good. We had a small issue with our first room & was upgraded to a suite. The suite was awesome. We just wish it was the summer time so we could have tested out the pool.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly, very clean
Cons: The TV in our room, we couldn’t change the channels. Called the front desk and they had someone bring up new batteries. It wasn’t the batteries. We were on the 5th floor and there was so much noise above us that went on for quite a while. Restaurant website let me reserve a table for 4 of us @ 10 am for breakfast and even sent me a confirmation. Got a call from you on the 13th saying that you stop serving breakfast at 10 and had to rearrange our time. I know this is kinda nit picky but being a Hilton Curio Hotel, I guess I expected too much

Cons: The room was weirdly unusual, with the floor on one end considerably higher than the other, so that it was like walking on a small ship or boat at sea, completely unacceptable!
