3.8 Mediocre
Pros: It was sort of clean but the carpets are stained and dirty. This even after they 'refreshed' the rooms.
Cons: They have at least one thief on the property and that person stole a laptop worth about 1500 after all the updates and things on it are added in. I had someone from the front desk go 'look' for it who lied about that and then the Manager (full sarcasm on that) say that she cleaned it herself. So either she is lying or she took it. Of course, I should note that the doors do not close completely unless you pull on them so heck it really could have been a guest... But only the staff saw me carry it in.

Cons: I didn’t find anything that wasn’t up to par.

Pros: hmmmm hard to say
Cons: Dirty sticky floors, bathroom dirty carpet stained. We’re promised king bed - they only had double bed which sunk in the middle. Alarm clock went off a t midnight (staff prank?) Every room seemed to have people sitting outside room smoking. Patio reeked.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Everything was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Secure, clean, easy access to hospital, restaurants, shopping
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Affordable Suites provides the 'Spoils' of almost being home. It's close proximity to stores, activities, restaurants and to my church makes the stay even better. The new Resident Manager, Ronald Middlebrooks, Jr is a wonderful addition to the Affordable Suites family. He was eager to assist in making my stay a pleasant one. He also made several great suggestions about the facility.
Cons: The building is old and needs many upgrades, but I'm afraid that once it's done, it may be out of my price range after the fact. That is one reason why this has been my place to stay for the past 3 years. But, if and when there are upgrades, please consider putting stairs towards the front parking lot entrance. Presently, you must walk to the front center of the building. This is inconvenient to bringing in your luggage and bags. Then walk up those stairs and walk back to your room when on the second floor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The general manager provided great service
Cons: Too many cigarette buts around
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Now, the great things: The room size was AWESOME! The bed was huge and we loved it. The two tv's was just what we needed.. The air conditioning unit was dynamic. I loved that my fiance and I have a difficult time climbing stairs, we requested a downstairs room and our request was granted. I smoke, so I was able to just step right outside at anytime. The patios right outside the rooms and the grills were nice. The peace and quiet was great. The kitchenette was all that. The queen size sofa bed was nice and we played cards at the table and on the table right outside the door. Close to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, gas stations; u name it; it's close to u Overall it was a very nice trip. Nice accommodations, very nice King Suite and we will most definitely be returning. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN....
Cons: The water pressure was poor. The pillows were too flat. There should be a bedside table beside each side of the bed.

Pros: When we checked in, Anita automatically upgraded us not only to a riverside view, but a room on the very corner of the 8th floor. We had beautiful views from two sides, which made our weekend all the more enjoyable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. We were in town for other business that involved eating therefore we did not eat at the hotel
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel near lots of amenities.
6.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast in the main dining room restaurant was very good. A wide selection on the menu. The waffles were especially delicious freshly prepared but the chef needed an assistant. We were a group of 12 and he tried to please us all but really needed an extra hand.
Cons: No gift shop in the hotel with Georgia souvenirs was a real bummer. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa for three people.. there were 2 water glasses in the room that accommodates 6 and the same for the coffee mugs. We had to call At Your Service 2 times to get glasses and an extra coffee mug due to a shortage of staff. NO GRAB BARS IN THE BATHTUB. A REAL NO NO for safety. The lack of towel racks to hang used towels so we can save the environment! What was your designer thinking about??? Finally the bathroom door does not provide the needed privacy and personal space, it lacks sound barrier comfort for users or other occupants in the suite/room.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Free shuttle to area restaurants, roof top open air bar (night time only), free valet parking. Beautiful overall. Great staff, particularly the valet staff that seems to do everything!
Cons: Had to call for someone to look at my refrigerator (I had put food in it) which wasn't cooling. Someone came quickly (but I had already dressed for bed) and after looking at a lot of possible causes, finally found it was not plugged in! Also, bath tub is dangerous - no bars to assist entry and very slippery. I found this really a concern.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Old time character with all the modern amenities, and excellent friendly service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was one of the most charming hotels I have ever visited! The staff was beyond hospitable and accommodating; we had to drive to ATL around 530AM on a Sunday, and the front desk clerk at that hour was beyond helpful when we couldn't find our valet ticket. We searched high and low, but when she couldn't find our keys, the search went into overdrive! In the end, she knew one of the last places to check and low and behold, we had keys and were on our way! Definitely looking forward to coming back and enjoying the gorgeous balconies and downtown views.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Every member of the staff is fabulous. They make you feel welcome important and just happy that you are staying with them.
Cons: Shower and tub area seemed to need little attention.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing really. Before arriving, a desk clerk assured me that he would find a way to extend our stay in our assigned room or in another, but when we arrived, he gave us no such help.
Cons: The room was weirdly unusual, with the floor on one end considerably higher than the other, so that it was like walking on a small ship or boat at sea, completely unacceptable!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good...good selection. I wonder how long the pastries sit out though. It looks like they didn't change from day-to-day.
Cons: the service was a bit slow when asking for coffee refills or drinks.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Offered everything I wanted.
Cons: No negative comments
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It’s very cozy but modern.
Cons: The bar closed at 11 and room service ended at 10.

Cons: Exterior- Was disappointed there wasn't a covered pull up area for unloading. Interior-The bathroom sink area and door to bathroom is right next to the bed which leaves little privacy and makes it impossible to use while others are asleep in bed.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice and clean.
Cons: No.
7.9 Good
Pros: The truck stop side where my room was facing is loud all night long and kept me awake both nights . Maybe on that side you should consider noise reducing curtains or shades.
Cons: See above. I typed that in the wrong place.
7.4 Good
Pros: The main facilities were updated and had a clean and modern appearance. The staff were polite and friendly..
Cons: The tub in room 127 is not consistent with the rest of the room or facility. The tub has significant staining and discoloration. It looks like it was used by a contractor to clean their equipment. It looks like something you would expect to see in an old run-down motel. The rest of the room and bathroom are updated and clean. Also, the AC is not cold. It's Georgia, so it's humid. Not having cold AC to remove humidity and cool the room made it difficult to sleep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Check in and out was easy. Staff was helpful.
Cons: The breakfast wasnt that good. Pancakes tasted like cardborad and a rubbery texture. However the stay was still well worth it. I definitely still reccomend this proprty.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Most everything looks new and very nice.
Cons: Rm 127 has a disgusting looking tub. It is badly stained; looks like something out of a rundown, dirty roach-infested motel. Completely contradicts everything else. AC is not cold. Hard to sleep because the temp was too high especially with the humidity.
