Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The location was also highlighted as a positive aspect by several guests. However, many were disappointed by the frequent closure of the pool, issues with room maintenance, and occasional problems with amenities such as air conditioning and breakfast variety. Wonderful
Ramon, Dec 2021
I travel to Augusta frequently to manage my property there. I end up staying here a lot as it is a great breakfast and lobby restaurant and bar. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Good location close to my property. I've never had a problem here with multiple stays in 3 years.

Pros (+) Awesome breakfast! Eggs, bacon, ham, fruit, juices, milk. A colleague had oatmeal. I was able to fill my thermos with coffee for the day's activities. Could NOT have asked for anything more!
Cons (-) One of the treadmills in the fitness center did not work. I used the stepper and recumbent bike, but would have preferred to walk. Minor issue, but the stair stepper really rocked my thighs.

Pros (+) New well decorated modern for the area. 24 hour food service
Cons (-) No real room service, limited dining menu, check in was a hassle as they marked us as a no show despite calling ahead to let them know
