Distance to the arena, breakfast was good.
Had to change room in the middle of the night due to the heat not working in the room we were assigned. While registering, a homeless person came into lobby and dashed to the restroom, clerk screamed at her I'm gonna call the police if you don't come out, and she did call 911.

Location was good for our trip.
Pictures of the hotel on website were definitely not from this hotel. When staff attempted to run my debit card was not accepted. After calling my financial institution tgeg informed me that the hotel had lots of fraudulant activity and I had to call and verify that it was a authorized transaction. Talk about a slap in the face and total embarassment. I will NEVER stay at this facility again and will definitely not embarass myself by referring any of my friends or assosiates to stay here.
