The Residence Inn Atlanta-Downtown is a historic boutique property formerly known as the Rhoades - Haverty building, originally built in 1928. It's listed on the National Registry for Historic Places and exudes the charm of a bygone era. Enjoy spacious suites with complimentary breakfast, wireless internet access along with 24-hr access to our onsite exercise facility with prominent views of the world-famous Peachtree Street, a fully-equipped business center, ATM and coin-operated guest laundry facilities. Every suite includes a living area and full kitchens with refrigerator, microwave, stove top, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. We’re located across from the Peachtree Center MARTA station, for easy access into Atlanta’s airport. We’re a short walk to the Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, World of Coca Cola, Georgia State University, GA Aquarium, The Tabernacle, King Center and Rialto Theatre.

Cons (-) It was in the middle of downtown so expect there to be noise at night which is normal for a big downtown city!
