Overall, guests praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, and generally clean rooms. Many enjoyed amenities like cookies at check-in and found the on-site restaurant and breakfast options to be good. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness issues, particularly in bathrooms, as well as maintenance problems such as malfunctioning air conditioning, power outages, and occasional pests. While some guests found the property dated or in need of repairs, the positive service and location stood out.AI-generated from customer reviews
