Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest opinions on this hotel are mixed. Many guests highlight the hotel’s amenities, such as the onsen, massage chairs, and a variety of amenities in the rooms, as positive points. Some rooms offer beautiful views, and a few staff members are described as friendly and helpful. However, there are frequent complaints about the hotel’s location, which is difficult to access due to steep hills and distance from public transport or restaurants. Service quality is inconsistent, with both positive and negative experiences reported. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting unpleasant odors or issues. Overall, the hotel’s amenities and some aspects of the service are appreciated, but accessibility and consistency in service and cleanliness need improvement.
