Pros (+) The building itself was beautiful and the location was great. Breakfast was decent.
Cons (-) The room itself was small and dingy. Not nearly as nice as I expected for the price tag.

Cons (-) Stayed here 2 of 4 nights. Elevator out both nights and we were on the 8th floor. Many "unique" Ashlandians out in the dark parking lot at night.
