So convenient for the Biltmore. The shuttle made it so nice to not have to park and walk. Will definitely be back!
Thw Hotel was conveniently located in Antler Village, making it a convenient walk to all that the Village offers, which is a LOT. The downtown shuttle was a wonderful amenity. We could park our car upon arrival and not use it again until checkout. The heated pool was beautiful for an early morning swim. The staff was gracious and helpful.
The Hotel offered a birthday gift upon our arrival, but it was a bottle of wine and the birthday we were celebrating was my granddaughter's 13th! Perhaps a gift coupon to The Creamery would have been more appropriate?
We only got an over priced cinnamon roll for the grandson.
Everything was really nice and we were happy. A complimentary breakfast buffet with good coffee should be included in the stay. The coffee in the room - wasn't good. The complimentary coffee downstairs shut down too early for vacationers. The activities should open earlier. It gets too hot to enjoy them.
Layout and decor of the room was wonderful. Front desk was very courteous.
There was no bellhop, no valet parking, the lobby was ok but nothing spectacular. The pool was closed (and on a very hot day). We rented bikes and they were in very poor condition. Mine had almost no breaks.
