Parking lot entrance was a nightmare
The room, beds, etc were fine
The parking lot entrance takes you up a hill & through a very tight Texas Roadhouse parking lot, we only did this a few times and it was a nightmare every time. I’m sure it was the only way it could be done, but nonetheless it was a cluster. The breakfast food was ok too, but it was extremely busy and the layout was not helping.
Surprised
I was surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable beds. The price was kind of expensive but the location made it worth it. The rooms were clean and I didn't see any wear and tear. I definitely had my doubts but 10 out 10 would stay again.
The only downfall was the entrance but not a big deal
Both the check in and check out staff was excellent. Everything wad cream and very neat in the room.
There isn't enough parking to accommodate the amount of rooms that the hotel has. When we got back to our room around 11 at night we didn't have anywhere to park, so we had to stop and ask the night staff inside the hotel where we were suppose to park. We had to park in the restaurant parking lot next to the hotel and then we had to walk up a incline and around the back side of the hotel to get to our room. But other than that everything watt excellent.
Rooms were clean. Staff kept food well stocked. Staff was courteous, friendly Room cost was reasonable for Sunday (not for Saturday)
Walls are paper-thin. We complained about next door very loud guests. All they did was turn down the radio, then continued to shout until 2am. We were exhausted in the morning. Pastries in the morning were not fresh.
Comfortable bed, decent room
Very loud on the street side difficult to sleep through
Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the bed. Extremely comfortable and slept well. Nice tv. . Bathroom was spotless.
We checked in around 3:30 and everything was fine. We left to out around 6 and returned around 10.30 PM. Every parking spot was taken. I`m not sure how many units this hotel has but parking is no where near comparable to the amount of rooms available . When I asked the staff person where I should park he told me to park at the restaurant next door. When I voiced my concern about this his attitude was like " whatever". Guess he had heard it so many times it didn`t phase him. Not sure if I would stay here again or not. For such a wonderful place to stay this is an issue that needs to be addressed.
