Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and helpful service, especially the staff and shuttle drivers. The breakfast receives high marks for its variety and quality, and the pool and spa facilities are appreciated by many. The location is considered convenient for skiing, with a quiet and scenic setting, although some mention it is a bit away from the center. Value for price is regarded as good, particularly for Switzerland. Some negative feedback concerns outdated rooms, occasional cold temperatures in rooms or pool, and minor service lapses, but overall, guests are satisfied and many would return.
