The agent who checked me in was super rude and impolite he ruined the whole experience unlike the lady who checked me out was nice

Pros (+) - The room service staff are polite - Some of the receptionists are nice too - Water pressure in the head shower is good - offered us free wifi after calling - offered us 50% discount on parking
Cons (-) I am a fan of Sheraton and I hope that the following crticisms are received constructively. - our room was in building #2. The facility is poorly maintained. Carpets are dusty. The hallway is very narrow and looks very cheap. Pros (+) Location, customer service and very nice room. The location for my business trip is excellent. Great customer service exemplified by Gelila as I checked in as she was very helpful with a smile. Room was large and clean.

Pros (+) Nice looking hotel for a good price. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient as well.
Cons (-) The only minor hitch we had was they forgot to put washcloths in our room. It took a couple calls to the front desk before they made it up to our room, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

Cons (-) Room was facing the street. If we opened our window shades, being on the first level anyone would be able to see us which can be uncomfortable and doesn't make for a nice view.
