Pros (+) Parking is easily available. Not a bad price for the area. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are nearby. Conveniently located if you want to go into DC. The staff was very courteous and polite.
Cons (-) The TV resolution was pretty fuzzy on all channels. The toilet took three or more flushes to empty the bowl. Much of the tile and carpet in the building weren’t dirty, per se, but look aged and stained. Overall, not a bad place to stay if you just need somewhere to crash in between seeing the sites, but definitely not somewhere I’d recommend for a romantic getaway.

Pros (+) Great value as a whole. Complete with small breakfast in the morning.
Cons (-) Don't expect much. Price is exactly what you should think. Staff was a little less than helpful late at night.

Cons (-) Too close to a busy street , not clean, fixtures falling apart, and member harassed me for my number every time he saw me. Made me every uncomfortable.

Pros (+) It was, quite simply a place, to sleep at night. We didn't need a lot of amenities for this stay.
Cons (-) They were working on the room above us until late, usually 8pm, almost every night which was very disturbing. Although a continental breakfast was offered, it was not really attractive to us.
