Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's prime location near the Basilica and main attractions, which is consistently highlighted as its strongest feature. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues such as dirty rooms and outdated facilities. The breakfast is frequently mentioned as lacking in variety and quality. Several guests also report uncomfortable beds and noise disturbances, especially due to ongoing renovations. While a few guests appreciated the attentive staff and convenient parking, overall, the negatives regarding cleanliness, breakfast, and bed comfort are recurring themes.
