The air conditioning doesn’t work pretty well the room was so warm.
I tried to forget about my stay in this hotel, but unfortunately booking.com keeps reminding me of it. I had an overall bad experience as many other guests before me. On the first impression the personnel may seem nice, but in my experience they are passive and do not sincerely care for the costumer (with exception from the breakfast ladies). How many times can you say sorry and really mean it? Or is saying sorry just a mechanism?
The hotel isnt equipped for summers, the ac did not work for 2 days...!!!
Me: It's the middle of summer and the AC isn't working. Staff: The hotel is fully booked, the AC cannot take the load. Me: Can I get a bottle of water. Staff: We don't have any. Here's a glass. Me: My friend is stuck in a hot elevator for 20 mins, call the emergency services. Staff: We've called the technician. That's all we can do. These are some examples of our interaction with the staff. Besides this, the room did not match the pictures at all - not even close. We got a dingy room with a moldy bathtub. The AC barely worked making it really difficult to sleep. Overall, the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
Very friendly staff, Rooms cleaned daily. Happy to help with tourist information and info regarding Tomorrowland services such as shuttle bus.
Prices were ridiculous in the hotel bar. Breakfast was shocking for the price you pay. all around value aspect wasnt there but i suppose the price for the room in total made up for that. was informed on booking.com that all taxes and other fees were included.. was hit with a 20 Euro city Tax bill upon arrival which i didnt understand at all.
