Not what I paid for
Hotel is okay. Not the cleanest or most up to date, but acceptable. Most of the staff was very friendly.
My room was not ready at 3pm check in. We had an event to attend at 5. Had to check in later because they could not even give me an estimate of how long it would be before a room was ready. The woman at the front desk treated me like I was an idiot when I expressed my concerns about this. Very rude.

Older hotel, but pretty nice.
Pool, hot tub, breakfast were all good. Room was a good size and clean.
We were in a third-floor room, and one of the windows that overlooks central area of the hotel was left open. We have a two and a four-year-old, and we're lucky both of them stayed away from that window until we noticed it. Bathroom fan cover was hanging on by a thread and almost falling down; drain plug in the bathtub was broken.
