Pros (+) Pet friendly and customer service was stellar!
Pros (+) Convenient location. Clean room. Pretty good wifi which is not the usual for Alaska . Bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Very thin walls. Drapes wouldn't close all the way because the a/c was in the way so light was pouring in all night. Had to sleep with a pillow over my head.
Pros (+) It was nicely decorated as updated and very clean.
Cons (-) The heater/ac unit I my room ran constantly wich was ok kind of sounded like a fan but it would squeak/ chirp every so often and I had to turn music on to drowned it out. And I should just travel with my own pillows but I really hate hotel pillows that are so fluffy and soft. But it's a nice hotel and I'd stay there again.

My wife had to borrow a vacuum from staff to finish cleaning the room. Just as we were planning on using the pool, it was closed for cleaning at 3pm until sometime the next day so we had to use a pool at another Hilton property, an inconvenience since our room was just acr...
