Pet friendly and customer service was stellar!
Ok
Convenient location. Clean room. Pretty good wifi which is not the usual for Alaska . Bed was comfortable.
Very thin walls. Drapes wouldn't close all the way because the a/c was in the way so light was pouring in all night. Had to sleep with a pillow over my head.
I hate hotel pillows
It was nicely decorated as updated and very clean.
The heater/ac unit I my room ran constantly wich was ok kind of sounded like a fan but it would squeak/ chirp every so often and I had to turn music on to drowned it out. And I should just travel with my own pillows but I really hate hotel pillows that are so fluffy and soft. But it's a nice hotel and I'd stay there again.
Great location and affordable
Location is great. Centrally located, but fairly quiet.
Surprises under the bed!
Good central location for shopping and dining. Friendly staff. A decent breakfast included. Pool
My five year old son found an empty vodka bottle under the bed. There was popcorn, bottle caps and other debris under the bed. My wife had to borrow a vacuum from staff to finish cleaning the room. Just as we were planning on using the pool, it was closed for cleaning at 3pm until sometime the next day so we had to use a pool at another Hilton property, an inconvenience since our room was just across from the pool but at least they did give us another option to swim.
Everything was very clean. Sheets, duvet, bathroom, countertops. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Evening front desk manager, Meagan, was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Not many out there can remember a clients name. Will have to be back a couple of times over the next few months and will definitely stay here.
Need to add something to breakfast bar to make it stand out. The same as everyone else's. Ran out of both regular and robust coffee at the same time and neither replaced for over ten minutes. Not good when it is sub-freezing weather.
breakfast
i lost internet twice but it could be the provider
very good service from the staff, shuttle service excellent, breakfasts good.
no
The chocolate chip biscuits at the front desk were an indication of the warmth of the staff at the hotel. The free breakfasts were pleasant and there were plenty of inexpensive restaurants near by.
The hotel is a little out of the way for those who aren't working mid-town. It is neither near the vibrant downtown nor the airport where there are some interesting walks. The shuttle to the airport is helpful and I believe the shuttle takes guests to some other places too but alas not to the golf course!
staff is very good, services is the best, good room, all the facilities is up to standered.
nothing.
