Hotel has cleanliness issues. Carpet in my room was pretty dirty. Bathroom had a urine-looking spill between the toilet and wall. Shower soap holder still had significant residue from the last bar of soap. Table had fried food residue. Location is not really walkable to anything in winter. Shuttle bus is shared with Crowne Plaza but has no identification indicating it is going to the Hyatt House. ...

Pros (+) The rooms were very nice and the staff members were friendly and helpful. I lost my glasses on the airport shuttle in the lady at the front desk, Mary, was able to contact the shuttle driver who found them and brought them back to the hotel. Mary even brought them up to our room.
