The location was very good for visiting Disneyland. It was in walking distance and that was important to us. The hotel itself was very nice. Super nice ambient and the gym was sensational. Best hotel gym ever. Contacted the concierge through the Hilton app for late checkout and everything went super smooth.
The rooms where an absolute disappointment. The beds where comfortable, but the room was just super minimalistic and just no effort at all in making it look any nice. The rooms felt rather like a summer camp compared to the otherwise very beautiful hotel.
Room was very clean.
It was a good location for my event. I liked the lobby and spaciousness of the hotel
Food was expensive and not that great in the food court. Starbucks was slow and full of people
Friendly concierge and guest services staff, no question too difficult. Short 10min walk to disney so you can return to the room for a breather during the day.
Arrived with 4 bags but sadly no one offered to help us out with the bags.
Less than a 20 minute walk to Disneyland! Awesome place to stay.
