Decent room, comfortable bed. Average shower, nothing to mention. Exhorbitant parking fees: I learned they do mention this on their website, but when booking third party this can come as a shock. I th...

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Disneyland, the convention center, and local restaurants. However, many reviews pointed out issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and inconsistent housekeeping. Service was frequently described as unhelpful or rude, though a few guests noted friendly staff. Value for price was questioned due to high fees for parking and amenities. Breakfast and food options received mixed feedback, with some finding them convenient but others noting limited variety or high prices.AI-generated from customer reviews

Every thing they charge you Parking, shuttle and others and it’s old hotel
Definitely would recommend.
Simple hotel. Excellent location. Great for budget travelers.
It is in a good location for Convention Center and Disneyland. The bus stop for Disney is right in front of the hotel. The bathrooms are outdated and there are some cleaning details that should not be...

The breakfast buffet was 12.99 but it should have been less compared to what they had available. I’ve been to other hotels that had free breakfast and way more to offer.
Cons (-) Need to update the room. The faucet was rusted in the suite are. It’s outdated decor.
Pros (+) Location, fridge in the room and mini balcony. Very nice room for the price. We will definitely be staying here next year for the same convention.
Cons (-) Need to update linens. Towels were dingy and gross looking and the sheets had a few stains on them.
Pros (+) I liked how close this was to the convention center and how clean the rooms and beds were. If you're looking for somewhere to just lay your head at night, this is a good place to do so.
Cons (-) I didnt like the outdated bathrooms, they came off as dirty. The staff wasnt particularly helpful or even eager to help out.
Pros (+) Staff were very helpful in stitching together two separate reservations and ensuring a smooth check in. Great value for the location and amenities. Beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) Rooms/furnishings were a bit dated, but it wasn't an issue given the value we got out of the hotel.
