We had our luggage stored for the afternoon after check out which is a great service, but the staff got a piece mixed up and someone else got our bag. It ended up the other person had to come back to exchange bags but it messed up his travel plans and we had to wait around for him to return it. The staff member who made the mistake did not apologize and the whole thing could have been avoided if he had just checked the baggage stickers he used. The two bags looked similar, but the excuse was too many bags picked up at once. Tip, although baggage storage is convenient, don’t store valuables you could lose. Our piece contained a laptop, luckily all was returned.
