location is great, staff is very polite and solution centric on any the problems we had
the room at the basement is really depressive, those with phobia should rather avoid. the room noise insulation is very bad we could hear almost everything what happened outside
Very close to museums and food and shopping
No comfortable chairs in room but you aren’t here to sit in the room anyway
The location is great ，near the Van Gogh Museum and luxury street. The room is so big，I recond that everything is wonderful.I very like there.
The lamp of wash one's hands stage does not suit girls to make up quite.
Great location Super, friendly staff.
I loved the location of the hotel. Very easy access into the city centre with public transport or even walk (I walked the majority of my stay and it is very doable and the best way to see things). The hotel is right next to the many beautiful museums. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room (302) was light (big windows) and I loved that I could open the windows for fresh air during the night. Very short walk into De Pijp with its many cafes, restaurants, market and shops. The PC Hooftstraat right around the corner. I did not have breakfast in the hotel so I can't say anything about that.
The shower door only opened out/away of the shower which made the bath mad curl up constantly and it blocked the toilet. Some of the shelving seemed quite dusty, but I am not sure if this was due to the bedding when I got in the bed or whether it was already dusty before. There were a few small brownish stains on the topsheets, but they were clean. The wifi was very slow. Another thing that the hotel could not do anything about, but it did bother me during my stay was the construction/renovation of one of the buildings right behind the hotel. When I checked in I was given the choice between a room on the ground floor and a room on the 3rd floor. I am very happy I chose the one on the 3rd floor. I totally get that this is out of the hands of the hotel, but it did affect my stay a bit.
