All hotel management to be restructured This hotel below the average old and need extreme renovation Plumping system , drainage system are so bad It’s suite to spend a night and leave next day Every where you can smoke, should be floors for smokers and floors for non smokers and family

I have to thank the entire staff for treating me like part of their family, from setting up last minute cabs, late checkout, to a surprise and delicious birthday cake and song for me. Everything about my stay was perfect. I can not thank everyone enough for a fantastic stay!!!!!

The rooms were dirty despite having been "cleaned" . There were cigarette ashes and hair by the bed and table. The bathroom flush is not working. the bathroom stinks. the head promised to upgrade us, but after several days of follow up from the reception. there is no proper coordination.
