Pros: We did not know what to expect as we have never really heard of the Hotel Chaco. It was absolutely amazing!! Beautiful establishment, amazing staff great roof top restaurant with breath taking views. Our room was spectacular!! Bed was so comfy, room was very quiet and the bathroom was incredible!! And to top it off they had free valet parking with our room!! Loved this place and will be staying there again!!

Cons: Waited 20 minutes for first cup of coffee, waited 30 minutes for avocado toast. Other people were leaving cuz they couldn’t wait had meetings as did I. Didn’t have time to finish breakfast. There were only 4-5 tables occupied. Breakfast experience a fiasco.

My $50,000 car now has damage to a new rim I just had replaced and has damage to front bummer and fender. I seriously saw the whole thing happen right in front of me as he was pulling my car up so I could drive home. Which is 4 hours away. Now I’m stuck with the inconvenience of driving back to ABQ to the INFINITI dealership to get the damage on my car fixed. What irritates me the most is that this situation was completely preventable. Glen needs to SLOW DOWN when driving cars that aren’t his. Sorry hotel andaluz your valet RUINED my experience. I will NO LONGER stay nor recommend your hotel.

( also it took a while to figure out that the thermostat was operational from the wall and not the actual unit itself ) We couldnt find the entrance to the pool, the outside door itself was not labeled, it appeared to be a door to a dumpster. The $8.00 gratuity/ room service and delivery charge was outrageous. $40 for cake, ice cream and one drink was a bit much. The room.price was a little high considering there is NO continental breakfast. Bathrooms were small. Restaurant service was very slow and waited a long time.

Cons: The doors to the outside stairs are extremely loud when open and shut so when the cleaning staff came early in the morning it woke us up. Also, a pool would have been very refreshing on those 100 degree days. Maybe partner with another hotel so we could have used their pool

Pros: Room was spacious and had a nice couch. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub, which was great! There was a refrigerator and microwave. They serve a hot buffet breakfast that included waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and fluffy biscuits.
Cons: The bathroom was handicap accessible. The grab bars around the tub were in abundance. One grab bar went ACROSS the knob to turn off/on the water. It was hard to turn plus getting the temperature right was very difficult. I cannot image that it was ADA compliant.
