Very dated, funky carpets, elevator, bathrooms funky,no TV during snowfall, did not clean walks after snow. 1st room was not made, condom on floor, 2nd roof leaked on bed,3rd room fire alarm chirping, WiFi signal to weak finally got ROKU out finally got TV. No $ return for crappy stay. It is owned by Heritage expected much better. Staff did ok.
Ease of access
For the star rating very run down and not clean
The staff is wonderful, no question. From the front desk check-in to the housekeeping staff, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I did not book an artist room this time, but I saw pics of all the beautifully decorated rooms, and I will definitely check the artist rooms out next time. What a great and unique addition to this already highly individualized hotel.
What happened to the restaurant?? What a loss to the property! At least there is still a bar, with a lovely, friendly bartender. Thanks, Michelle. But seriously, please re-establish a restaurant as soon as you can, Heritage.
Pool really smelled like chlorine, really strong and burned while we were in pool and hot tub. An electrical wire was exposed where the door goes you the inside/outside part of the pool. Staff responded well to any texts, although did not seem overly friendly or happy.
Everything was clean and fresh.
The room needed more electric outlets. I had to unplug the coffee maker to be able to charge my cell phone.
