I’ve been to so many affordable locations so my expectations were not high, however the room actually smelled pleasant, the carpets were clean, the bathroom was great and the beds were comfortable.
The hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
Front desk staff was not helpful the first day, then when we pushed for an upper floor because of excessive noise that night they finally relented and moved us for the second day. Had the lady just moved us the first day when we asked, we would have two good nights stay. (this was after she told us the upper floor was mostly empty)
First and foremost the courtesy of the employees was outstanding. Loved the location, very conducive to our needs.
While we are dog lovers, there were too many guests with dogs, maybe there should be a floor for pets and owners, and not all over the facility.
Felt safe Clean fresh bed linens Comfy mattress Hot shower Cold AC Easy to find good location Good lighting Plenty of towels Coffee, shampoo, bath gel 12 ck out
Cigarette smoke smell throughout Soiled and torn carpet Boiled eggs in shell for bf 1 desk clerk to handle long line checking in No room microwave or fridge Pricey
The only thing I was no happy with their was no microwave or refrigerator you know sometimes. Like to save food for the next day or warmed some food
