Nice and big rooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent, Lunch & dinner buffets rather limited but always tasteful food.

We reserved an apartment for 4 persons. Two of them had to sleep in a sofa instead of normal bed. Mattress of the sofa was not good. Even after noting the reception on this issue, problem was not solved. They didn't had better qualities for the sofa's. We had all-inclusive but the snacks were disappointing. Only between 4 PM and 5 PM and limited to pop-corn, some sandwiches and cookies. We had much better in the past in other hotels

Excellent room size, staff were helpful & friendly. Exceptional value for money to get a 5 star hotel for £35 per night.

Indoor pool, gym, spa etc closed on Sunday, only open 9-6 other days. Would have preferred to use beach in daytime & other facilities in the evening.

Great location

Very clean and room facilities were what we needed for having a young son Nice option of sauna and steam room Bed was very comfortable and view from balcony was excellent Location was ok half way between old town and lively strip

AMEX is not accepted as payment, I find this very odd considering I was able to use an AMEX card for my booking online and that it’s a major hotel chain in the Algarve further explanation on why this isn’t allowed would be great? We were lucky as we had other payment card methods but other families or travelers may have this issue. Missing tea and coffee in room for us this should be a standard with any hotel rooms Downstairs entertainment was very loud up until 00:00, we were on the third floor and could clearly hear it all night l. Indoor and outdoor pools were very cold , sauna and steam room intermittently worked also. Staff at check and check out were ok but lacked a personal or more welcoming touch
