Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the spacious rooms and the pool area, which is often described as large and enjoyable for families. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with many guests reporting poor room and facility hygiene. Breakfast and food quality receive mixed feedback, with some appreciating the variety and others finding it below five-star standards. Service is generally polite but can be inconsistent, and the overall experience is often seen as not matching the advertised five-star rating. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is considered a good option for families, thanks to its amenities and quiet atmosphere.
