Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, cleanliness, and overall value for money. Many found the staff to be polite and helpful, and several enjoyed the breakfast and facilities such as the pool and restaurant. However, there are repeated complaints about poor service, lack of assistance with luggage, and unprofessional staff attitudes. Some guests also mentioned noise issues, uncomfortable beds, and unpleasant smells in rooms or common areas. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects like location and cleanliness make it a satisfactory choice for many travelers.AI-generated from customer reviews
