The stuffs are friendly. Nice view from the balcony. Bed is big and comfortable.
Lighting around kitchen area are dark. Dust in closet. They have big bottle of water for free but small bottles are not free. They should have put the sign on the refridge that which is complimentary and which are not.
The view was great.
Bed sheets were stained, first room we had did not have hot water or a kettle, so they had to move us to another room. The staff was very unfriendly comparing to all the other places we had been in Bali. The pool needs a serious upgrade and the area is very noisy. The breakfast was not up to standard. Overall not a place I would recommend, especially not for honeymoon!
The daybed in the living area was lovely as was the 'Princess' bed in the main bedroom. The view from the outdoor living area was spectacular but unfortunately it was marred by a massive power line.
I was very disappointed in the property especially after I had done a lot of research to find the perfect place for our stay in Amed. The hotel is a very long way from Amed town and it seemed to take forever to get there up and down hills and around windy roads. There was one staff member (a young lady) who assisted us with check in who was lovely but I feel like the young man who attended us for the rest of our stay didn't really want to be there. The hotel is very old and in desperate need of renovation. The food was expensive for what we got and I was disappointed in how much we had to pay for breakfast when many of the items we ordered were supposed to be included in the price of the room. This hotel is one of the most expensive properties in Amed (apart from a few high quality luxury Villas) and I feel that it was definitely not worth what we paid.
Spacious rooms and outdoor areas Great views Friendly and helpful staff Situated out of the main part of town so nice and quiet.
The views from the villa patio are incredible, didnt want to leave this place.
Absolutely no phone reception, wifi was pretty slow. Its great for disconnecting but we were expecting to be in touch with the world and driving 10 minutes just to get internet was a bummer.
